  • une merveille

  • God I'm dating myself, go back farther muse= Pablo honey era. No muse record has ever come close to ok computer or the bends

  • Muse does sound like Radiohead.... 15 years ago. Radiohead has grown so much, the rest of the world will take another decade to catch up. To quote Chris martin when some reporter asked him to compare coldplay to Radiohead "it's not even close, Radiohead cleared the path with a machete, we just followed behind and set up a shopping mall"

  • if anyone puts Muse and Radiohead in the same box they need to listen to more music.

  • Best band of all time....hands down..........and thumbs up,,if you know what I mean!

  • But Muse do sound a bit like Radiohead=soudulike maybe but they will never get Thom Yorkes, tone, unique and unforgettable and what makes them what they are, unique.

  • @nykola1234 muse nunca sera como radiohead

  • @ZyxkViruxToxik nunca de los nuncas..

  • Muse didn't copy radio head,

muse are just the same genre

  • reminds me of pink floyd, maybe it's because good bands gotta have good influences.

  • 3.12 - 3.40 guitar part is to die for

  • Strange that I misheard the opening line as "I'm all alone" and it still kinda made sense.

  • Radiohead reminds me of Muse. Love it

  • @TheKHUE Love them both

But im sorry to tell you that NO

MUSE reminds you of RADIOHEAD ñ_ñ

  • @TH3UnBoRNjr haha i knew someone would say that. I'm surprised I never listened to Radiohead after all this time knowing Muse, though

  • @TheKHUE they've their own style

  • @TheKHUE yes...... because MUSE copied their style

  • @artemalbrecht ohh kk. they're both awesome

  • For me it was allready an amazing peace of music. But when I saw six feet under where this song whas used in! Goosebumps!!!!

  • I love having the name Sarah. I'll kill you with my love, Thom...

  • I love how the chorus goes from 9/8 to 7/8 to 9/8 to 4/4

  • @MrBlueMoon88 The 9/8 is ok!

  • @MrBlueMoon88 Didnt even notice that, nice observation. They put it together so beautifully.

  • @MrBlueMoon88 I have no idea what you mean but I'm sure it's awesome.

I know nothing about music, I just enjoy it.

  • Hey guys, I've just put a cover of this amazing song, right up here :)

  • My parents decided to get a divorce, obviously I didn't take it too well, one morning I was feeling particularly upset. Everything was happening so quickly. Repost of imissyouf:So I stormed out of the house and went to the cliffs. I was thinking about things and whether to jump when my phone rang, it was my mum, i think she'd realised i was no longer in my room. This was my ring tone, and as it rang i didn't answer I just listened and realised I was being silly, so Radiohead saved my life. Wow.

  • @monosodiumglutamata lol good way to start an argument, thanks mate.

  • *Read in manner of old man reminiscing on his days in ww2*

I remember the days, the old days, when Imissyoufuck's comment was top comment. It was...ummm...a few months back...I think...very nice...very nice indeed

  • Not trying to sound arrogant or anything but I don't understand how anyone cannot like this band. Simply amazing and genius!

  • ''...gonna be a glorious day...''

  • there is a radiohead song that sounds just like this. i used to listen to it all the time when i was a kid but can't figure out what the name is for the life of me.

  • I was watching an old episode of Six Feet Under last night and this song was playing. Safe to say I am now listening to OK Computer non-stop.

  • My name is Sarah, I'm happy! <3

  • @Keiiisha83 did you kill Thom? get her! :D

  • When the second verse comes in at 1:55 with those synthesized choir voices backing it up, it's just so powerful. Amazing how this song gains momentum as it goes along, hair-raising stuff!

  • it saddens me that when i search lucky this song is like the 5th song down. i consider this to be one of the most perfect songs ever written... 2:22 . simply astounding.

  • its gonna be, a gloooorrrrious day! i feel my luck could change

  • how has any other video on the whole of youtube got more views than this. Radiohead are lyrical and instrumental geniuses. I cannot go a day without listening to something off the bends, OK computer or kid A.

  • @9t9t3 dont forget amnesiac

  • This sends shivers down my spine from start to finish

  • amazing.................... : ))))))) !

  • "Lucky" I'm on a roll, I'm on a roll This time, I feel my luck could change Kill me Sarah, kill me again with love It's gonna be a glorious day Pull me out of the aircrash Pull me out of the wake I'm your superhero We are standing on the edge The Head of State has called for me by name But I don't have time for him It's gonna be a glorious day I feel my luck could change Pull me out of the aircrash Pull me out of the wake I'm your superhero We are standing on the edge
  • @nadeeyaafiza Yes those are the lyrics....... well done.

  • This song has SO MUCH Pink Floyd influence to it ... It's amazing really.

I'm playing it on bass no and I'm loving it by all means :)

Thanks so much for uploading this :)

  • Am I the only one that caught the similarity between the riff starting at 3:11 and the riff in The Doors' "You're Lost Little Girl"?

  • Someone please re-post missyoufuck's comment !

  • @1991thegman "*whine whine* i was suicidal my ringtone was this my mom called and i felt better"

  • @fishspidery I love you for saying that reply.

  • @partyman147 I love you too.

  • mark turver, u fucking legend!

  • That tremolo at 3:20, oscillates my fucking brain

  • Ok Computer was the very first CD I ever bought as a teen living in rural Wyoming. I took a suggestion from Rolling Stone magazine and I could not have made a better choice. It is still one of my very favorite albums and I can listen to the entire CD from start to finish. The song "Lucky" is my favorite from the album. Simple, strange, unique, fascinating. Wonderful to my ears with typical Radiohead build.

  • This song, without the guitar solos, reminds me a lot about "speak to me/breathe" by Pink Floyd.

  • Radiohead songs make me have suicidal thoughts :( !

  • @WhisperNr too bad.

  • listen people, i dont know this "imissyoufuck" guy any more than any of you, he could have written that paragraph to b.s. his way out of english class. regardless, none of you have any reason to bring him down for providing us with a nice little story about how he loves this song. get a grip. jesus. enjoy the song and stop bickering like gradeschoolers. its cold cynical people who make me ashamed to be a radiohead fan.

  • @aeorta5 true. except it's cold cynical people that make me proud to be a radiohead fan :D

  • @aeorta5 They make me PROUD to be a radiohead fan.

  • @aeorta5 Same with me, I'm a huge fan but I've met many others that are douches.

  • It's gonna be a glooorioorrious day!

  • Am I only one that's feeling a Dark Side of the Moon vibe on this song?

  • @MauDaft5 nah pretty creepy shit =]

  • i love how people tell you their life story, on songs like these.

  • @imissyoufuck huh... okey if u say so, still cant understand people that care that much but i respect it.

  • STFU and enjoy the song.

  • I don't need to (almost) jump off a cliff to enjoy this song.

  • i dont even know english, but i like radiohead

  • this is love.

  • 14 years old and still blindingly stunning. This album changed my life without a doubt. Its almost hard to listen to OKC now, its scares me for some reason.

  • @Killadey I agree, very haunted record, i remember reading at the time it was made in an old castle owned by Jane Fonda. Apparently some weird shit happened and Thom ended staying up til dawn every night because he was so freaked.

  • @jonnyrocketballs69 Most of OK Computer was recorded in Jane Seymours mansion (st catherines court) some tracks were recorded earlier at Canned Applause Studios, including lucky. :)

  • @Killadey ahh Jane Seymour, that's the one. I never let the facts get in the way of a tale.

  • this song equals pure, beautiful sex in it's rawest form. I love Thom and Radiohead, you guys changed my life.

  • @meowmeow390j wowm this song also reminds me of sex. Very very beautiful and pleasant sex.

  • 22 people are seriously fucked up in their heads!!!

  • The guitar solo at the end of this shreds my mind

  • tom yorke is a homosexual

  • @vincentskater Hey, don't make fun of a man with down syndrome.

  • @vincentskater lucky you! go ahead and marry him...

  • who needs a superhero?? we have Radiohead!!!

  • 22 personas no fueron salvados por un superheroe q es thom yorke!

  • u can fly 3:12

  • And who would think, that SIX FEET UNDER will bring me here . . .

    Cant stop to listening it

  • can I make love to this song? please?

  • @fillemortex this is totally a slow fuck song.

  • WOW THE BASS ON THIS SONG!! RADIOHEAD FTW ALWAYS!!!!

  • If anyone is wondering about the lyrics, it's about the Bosnian war, so obviously it is very melodramatic and rather hauntingly depressing

  • Actually the band has claimed they smoked in their earlier days but by the time they wrote ok computer, they were approaching their 30s and had grown out of it by that time, the thing you need to understand about Radiohead is that they are very intellectual musically, they don't need drugs to write this incredible music, to put my theory to test, listen to this entire album sober sometimes, it's amazing either way, though they did admit to drinking a lot of wine while recording the album

  • I was so happy I heard this on Six Feet Under season 4 <3 My favorite song

  • it's a shame that people with no creativity or passion feel the need to comment on drug use in people who do have creative passion... Most of the people who do use drugs are trying to escape the frustration of having to deal with the same idiots who end up judging them. That being said, next time you feel like saying music is influenced by drugs, fuck off.

  • I don't understand what this guy is saying!

  • OK Computer would be an awesome soundtrack to Farenheit 451.

  • Ummm,... .who the hell cares? It's Radiohead, and a beautiful song. Could give a damn less if they were high when they made it lol ..... Personally, I don't need to be stoned to have profound thoughts..... that said, I never said I wasn't stoned right now lmfao :D :D :D

  • This song is 4:20, That isnt a coincidence...

  • @haasy2 this song is a 100%, pure unadulterated Stoner rock. In fact, like 98% of Radiohead songs are really neo-psychedelia...so yeah, I think they smoke pot or do something.

  • ...kill me... kill me again, with love...

  • Fuck, I can't see the name "My Iron Lung" and don't listen to this fucking music"!!!! (My Iron Lung's video in the right.)

  • good, i've done too, leave comment and rate please

  • @ thescatterbrain123 I disagree about Muse being a teenage band, I'm in my 30s & love them!

  • Just learned how to play this on my guitar; rediscovered a whole new appreciation for this song! Brilliant!

  • My parents decided to get a divorce, obviously I didn't take it too well, one morning I was feeling particularly upset. Everything was happening so quickly. So I stormed out of the house and went to the cliffs. I was thinking about things and whether to jump when my phone rang, it was my mum, i think she'd realised i was no longer in my room. • @imissyoufuck

Your mom saved your life too.

  • @AirForceGirl05 Ironically enough, yes she did. But if we're doing this, then so did I for setting it as my ring tone. And so did my dad for cheating on my mam and making the divorce happen... for me to go to the cliffs and to get the call in the first place

  • @imissyoufuck

You seem to be a little touchy with giving your mom some credit. If she didn't care about you enough to call you might be dead.

  • @imissyoufuck lol your name ruined everything..

  • @imissyoufuck im sorry. You deserve so much more...

  • @CTeamAwsome Thankyou so much. Things have been looking up. I moved out from my Dad's house; I couldn't stand the sight of him after cheating on my mum, and things have just been getting better ever since.

  • @imissyoufuck Awsome hope things work out even better

  • @imissyoufuck cool story bro

  • @aggszakall hhahahahaha epic

  • @aggszakall Isn't it amazing how this EXACT same thing happened to 129 other kids....

  • @aggszakall fuck off you dick

  • @Weeveers oaaa oaaa oaaa gugugugu

  • @Weeveers oaaa oaaa oaaa gugugugu

  • @Weeveers bit harsh...

  • @aggszakall I really liked the top comment, then I read your comment and spit out laughing

  • @imissyoufuck fake.

  • @Bob12345678910423 I get why you'd say that, I really do, but it is true, and I can give you no more than my word:)

  • @imissyoufuck a friend of mine made me swear that i wouldnt kill myself bam thats why im fucked.

  • @imissyoufuck fucking parents... always messing with their kid's lives....

  • @imissyoufuck ur story gave me the chills

  • @imissyoufuck

You should have done it. You sound like a melodramatic, angsty fuck.

  • @BingoNightAtChurch You know nothing of how I was feeling. Honestly, you know next to nothing about me. And who are you to wish death on anyone?
