Aw, the second clip stops right before my favorite part of the entire play where Hous tries to explain his feelings for Mo Jackson using Latin grammar. Stoppard makes poetry out of anything.

im a little confused. ive never seen the play and i dont know the characters. but in the second clip, did the blonde guys wife think Houseman was gay?

Jackson, the blond guy, is telling Houseman (RSL) about how is girlfriend thinks that Houseman has a crush on him. She's right -- Houseman has been in love with Jackson since they attended Oxford together. Here, Houseman is , as he has been since their schooldays, hiding his feelings.

The play is really great. Everyone should read it.
