I have to say, even though I am not in the least bit interested in Yaoi pairings at all, Hideyoshi seems to be the only legitimate love interest for Akihisa... I mean come on he's the only person who hasn't harmed or humiliated Akihisa in any way in this show! And judging by how the light novels are going right now Hideyoshi and Akihisa seems to be one of only two pairings whose feelings are confirmed to be mutual. (The other being Shouko and Yuji of course :] )

Hiragana and Katakana are simpler then kanji, and in some Japanese magazines like shonen jumpmanga, will have kanji and other languages then put the same words to the side in hiragana so younger kids can read it. this would be embarrassing for a high school student but she was raised in Germany.
