That ain't GMOD. you can simply noclip into the cake area! Also impulse 101 works on the console in Portal as long as sv_cheats 1 is set.

in the center of the cake room, take out a gun and shoot all the balls on the side of the room the camera faces when you beat the game (also the side the companion cube is on). A few of the balls will have bullet holes, but not all. Facing one that has bullet holes, type "ent_fire !picker skin" and it will light up :)
