The Lion King had SEVERAL good songs that were worthy of this list. I Just Can't Wait to be King and Hakuna Matata were both great. On the flipside, Circle of Life and Can You Feel the Love Tonight were Elton John's on personal "masterpieces" that he wrote for the movie. His personal performances of them also went on to become radio chart toppers after the movie came out. I think that alone may be why they were chosen over Hakuna Matata.
