Trying container garden for the first time this year. Hope it works. So far have peppers up and some tomatoes..really exscited becasue I am working with a womans halfway house and they too are going to do a garden with me this year. Gardening can help improve lives as well :)

Good looking out. It brings to light that every aspect of our lives effects the lives of other people, and though we may be ignorant of the darker side of things as simple as the food we buy, we have an obligation as humans to seek to understand and make conscious choices.

It happens with 1-800-flowers, much of the diamonds and jewelry we buy, and the electronic gadgets we love. Our shoes and clothes.

We can look the other way, or step up and try to be aware and proactive.
