I think Chloe' is a great singer, she may not sound good on some songs but she's learning and will find her true real sound one day which will put her on the top of the charts. Sometimes it takes years to master your true real voice. Olivia has'nt always sounded the same. Check her voice out in the 60's.

I have been a HUGE ONJ fan for over 30 years & SO wanted Chloe to be good.I loved her in A Christmas Romance & Wilde Girls.I saw her sing in the past & she WAS incredible.But her new voice is as fake as her AWFUL plastic surgery.Even Olivia looked scared in the audience because she knew Chloe was embarrassing herself.You may like her voice as do others but most voted for her because they were amused by her oddity.Majority think she's a train wreck & too unstable for this career.I tend to agree.

Olivia, although you and I will disagree on Chloe's "new voice" (and I'll call it that because she didn't use to sound like that) would you agree with me that although it was only a "B" side, she could do wonders with the song "Electric?" I LOVED that song and always thought it should have made it to an album. That sounds like the style of song Chloe likes to do. Although I don't care for her, I think she could make it a hit.
Joni - Electric is one of my very favorites by Olivia. I do believe Chloe could do that one justice. I think Chloe's soulful voice would sound great on Walk Through Fire or SoulKiss. I do believe she has the ability to change her style, as does Olivia. The style we heard on MTV is one. I agree that many people would not find that sort of style pleasing. What matters is that Chloe is being honest to herself first. If she feels that inside, then she should do that style for now. Life changes. :-)
By the way, you mentioned Walk through Fire. That song and If Love is Real are my two all-time faves. I tend to like the songs that never made it to the charts. I wish she would have a concert for the "true fans" who don't necessarily want to hear Grease or Xanadu songs. Not that I don't like them but you could hear those on the oldies stations. Olivia did a song about just over 20 years ago called "Electric." I'm pretty sure it was the "B" side of Soul Kiss but it didn't make it onto the album. I absolutely LOVED that song and although I don't care for Chloe as a singer I think that she could really rock on that one.

I have been a HUGE ONJ fan for over 30 years & SO wanted Chloe to be good.I loved her in A Christmas Romance & Wilde Girls.I saw her sing in the past & she WAS incredible.But her new voice is as fake as her AWFUL plastic surgery.Even Olivia looked scared in the audience because she knew Chloe was embarrassing herself.You may like her voice as do others but most voted for her because they were amused by her oddity.Majority think she's a train wreck & too unstable for this career.I tend to agree.

It's those people who are out of touch with reality. The reality is Olivia is a great singer & has proven them all wrong, as will Chloe. Olivia, although you and I will disagree on Chloe's "new voice" (and I'll call it that because she didn't use to sound like that) would you agree with me that although it was only a "B" side, she could do wonders with the song "Electric?" I LOVED that song and always thought it should have made it to an album. That sounds like the style of song Chloe likes to do. Although I don't care for her, I think she could make it a hit.

Joni - Electric is one of my very favorites by Olivia. I do believe Chloe could do that one justice. I think Chloe's soulful voice would sound great on Walk Through Fire or SoulKiss. I do believe she has the ability to change her style, as does Olivia. The style we heard on MTV is one. I agree that many people would not find that sort of style pleasing. What matters is that Chloe is being honest to herself first. If she feels that inside, then she should do that style for now. Life changes. :-)

By the way, you mentioned Walk through Fire. That song and If Love is Real are my two all-time faves. I tend to like the songs that never made it to the charts. I wish she would have a concert for the "true fans" who don't necessarily want to hear Grease or Xanadu songs. Not that I don't like them but you could hear those on the oldies stations. I am talking "You were great, how was I?" etc.

Olivia did a song about just over 20 years ago called "Electric." I'm pretty sure it was the "B" side of Soul Kiss but it didn't make it onto the album. I absolutely LOVED that song and although I don't care for Chloe as a singer I think that she could really rock on that one.

You probable like the blonde piano singer who sounds like a very whiny SNL performer doing a skit of a Cindi Lauper on crack. Some of the other performers are having major pitch problems. Larry was right ,the judge ,from Rock the Cradle of the show tonight 4-24-08 said he disagreed with all the others and boy was he right cause ,she is unique , different, embracing it as she knows she feels a freak and wishes to embraced it as such so her fans can see her all real act and not a fake deal here on stage ,all coming out naturally ,her on the knees on the stage, her movements choregraphy which is all real an dnot staged, her voice is getting much better.
