in the next few centuries scientist will run the country. they will not run it directly but they will hold he knowledge that many seek in the present but will master in the future. just my though....
I believe in bioengineering as far as improving the quality of life such as curing diseases, however I am very weary of bioengineering in terms of giving people intelligence and superpowers, etc... Let evolution run it's course, no matter how long it takes.

@Sgtmackenzie I think I know why someone disliked this awesome video. Some of this technology will inevitably be used by governments to control and domesticate us. For instance, Soviet space budget was 96% military orientated. We should always be very careful how we use this technology.

@arkansasgurl501 cloning will be useful in that it will provide and unlimited supply of replacement body parts for transplants. The clones themselves would likely be nothing more than braindead vegetables.
