Unfortunately that was just a really good high note, a whistle is 1) higher and 2) sounds a bit more airy (like a flute), and you should catch yourself trying to distinguish between the two.

C5 is high for a non-tenor. Most men are baritone so a C5 would be very difficult for them.

it's just difficult for lower voices to do; not the same as falsetto. You are probably able to do it in falsetto; maybe even full voice if your voice hasn't broken.

Yes, whistle register starts at C6. But many people can hit C6-E6 in falsetto, like me and i am a male, bass-baritone. It does start at C6 but it doesn't mean C6 can only be hit by Whistle Register.

what is high soprano? if a soprano reach its higher limit it is always called a flute register or whitle voice. this babe realy tighten her vocal fold enough. pliz check, soprano is often used in classical/choral music so it is stupid to used "soprano" term in pop music.
