  • nice finds. can you give me all of them.

  • @bjhosangg dude don't be a douche seriously and your the fag fucking douche

  • you have no life.....fag

  • @themotionman, because he can still deposit the half dollars when he is done and it didn't cost him anything!

  • yo people plz veiw my channel i need veiwers i do coin vids as well :) btw big fan igradems70

  • i did my first coin roll hunt today i went to one bank and bought one roll then i went to another bank and bought another roll but the teller had to roll them herself anyways in the second roll their was nothing i kinda expected that in the first roll i got 4 silver half dollars 2 90% and 2 40% guess i got lucky

  • You are so cool for your age! I bet your going to be rich one day because you are so smart at such a young age!! I'm going to try to inspire my 16 year old to think about doing something like this. Thank you for the advice.

  • only 8 pieces of silver? why dont u just straight up order silver coins online instead of buy expensive rolls at banks that may not even have any silver at all.

  • Hi. Just so you know that walking liberty half looks metal detected

  • Man. people are laying into you on your comments. Its a bit harsh. If your having fun coin roll hunting then thats good. I wish I could do it here in England.

  • FAKE

  • This is another fake video!!!!!

  • Thanks for alerting bank tellers. They watch Youtube also. Jon saw it and told his sister who is a bank teller, now they both get jims silver. Thanks a lot you little punk!!!!!

  • i found a 1959 nickel

  • Hey bro, I havent started coin hunting yet but I hope to do so soon. Just wanted to commented that its cool how you wonder what those coins have been through. I do the same thing. I have some old coins. I dont know anything about the coins themselves other than they are just cool to look at and wonder what they have been through. Good luck with your searching.

  • My grandma has a small milk jug filled with the 1964 Kennedys, Benjamin Franklin half dollars and some of the walking liberty which is what she has the most of

  • hey kid......you think what your doing is fun? Well it is BUT.....if you want some real excitement go buy a metal detector.....check out old parks etc for rings and silver coins. Buy a Garret 250 metal detector....try and find one used on ebay

  • actually customer rolled coins are more likely to produce something good because none of the bank employees have any idea whats in them. A lot of old people who have little money sometime find any coins around the house, wrap them up and turn them in......they just don't know what they are doing

  • Interesting subject matter, but work on your verbal communication and delivery.

  • awesome! i just started coin rolling and looking forward to it! keep up the treasure hunt.

  • awesome video man ! , just a note on that "green" half dollar , it may be the silver it self , im not sure why it happens but i have a 40 % five cent piece that is much worse in green color then that one , im not sure but it may be the copper that is the 60 % possibly , dont know but im sure its the coin . none the less awesome find man keep it up , ive been coin roll hunting for awhile now and havent found that much at once yet ( in silver )

  • A smart kid. You will do well! Keep at it, brother.

  • Nice video! I love CRH!

  • come on guys, its nearly impossible to find this video by accident. stop saying that hes ruining coin roll hunting because hes not. theres still plenty of silver out there, we just need to look in the right places. besides, it wouldnt be as fun of a hobby if every roll we ever opened was full of silver! well, maybe it would...

  • @thepuzzler1 i did. i was looking at coin videos and before i saw this i didnt even know what coin roll hunting was.

  • @hiimronstuart1 well, i did say NEARLY

  • i HAVE to start doing this

  • my dad got a 1945 half dollar is well on delivery

  • haha nice man the farthest ive ever coin roll hunted is in maine and im from conneticut lol

  • Hey that coin is green because of color tone that occured when it was released into the air forever without proper care

  • Awsome, great job!!

  • I LIVE IN TUCSON!!!!!

  • GREAT VIDEO I love hunting :))

  • I found a 1870 indian head in a roll :D

  • @JerryPhaze Thanks. That means alot! Glad to hear you love the hobby. :) Keep it up! Sooner or later you're going to hit the jackpot! ... Good luck, buddy. :)

    -Brian

  • Hey man I watched this video and went to the bank. I bought all the half dollars in the vault - five or six rolls. one of the 5.00 rolls was full of 7 40% and 3 90% silver. None of the other rolls had anything but I'll settle for ten pieces I guess. 2 of the halves were franklins. Not bad for the first hunt. Just thought I'd let you know since people were accusing you of lying about your find. it might be rare but it happens.

  • I have the exact 1945 half dollar! It's my favorite design... Only I paid $13.50.

  • @OriginalShrimpVendor I only paid $0.50 :).

  • @iGradeMS70 well i paid nothing for my 1945 walking liberty , because my dad got it for a tip on his job.

  • Wow, you're so lucky! I would love to do this but I am in Tel Aviv, Israel. I did mange to get some quarter rolls and I was so proud because I got all 50 states Washinton D.C. and teritorries in one day. Plus in that process I found a 1952 sliver quarter. Keep hunting!

  • Like I said...

  • Thing I don't get is why some people want to attack the kid for a great find? Or say that it was fake, why would he do that? and if he did...SO WHAT! He's haveing fun makeing the vid....If you don't like it then don't watch!

  • @zekehooper Thank you very much for the defense & support. I don't undertstand what the big deal is anyway, but if people really get a kick out of insulting my videos, then so be it...It does not affect me a whole lot. Also, I've seen you on the CoinTalk site! I also noticed that you've just signed up, so WELCOME TO COINTALK! It's a great little, online community with many experienced numismatists. Any questions you have, please feel free to ask and I will gladly answer them best I can. :)

  • @iGradeMS70 Yea, I just joined the other day after reading a bunch of threads. Even there someone got on me for comenting on a 4 year old thread...LOL. It was new to me so I made a comment. People on the net can be suck a-holes since they know that nothing can really be done to them. Face to face they would just be cowards. Anyway keep up the great work.

  • @iGradeMS70 hey bud, you are light years ahead of most folks your age by realizing the screwed up system we use for currency, gold and silver are real money, its awesome your not stuffin your face with soda and doritos playing video games 24 hours a day, you rock, keep it up

  • @joshu80197 Thanks! That really means alot. If you want, you could go check out some of my more recent videos. I feel that I have learned very much since this was made. I believe this was my 3rd or 4th video EVER! :) Thanks again!

    -Brian

  • @DannyWilsonsLaundry Typical YouTube trash. It's so pointless to curse at people over the internet. I wish you could come say that to me in person, I really do. Have a nice life.

  • @jaguarxj6vandenplas woah there u guys lol

  • Silver can turn into some green color.

it call rust. i got a few of those are like that. lol

  • WOW, need to fine tune bud, but good fines, not sure I believe but you are the luckiest coin hunter on YouTube for sure!

  • lol a brown rim eh..

  • @horlacsd Yes. A brownish-red rim indicates that the coin is composed with copper included in the alloy mixture. THANKS FOR WATCHING!

  • wow, whats with everybody attacking this kid, from coin roll hunting is childish to ah why do you gotta make vids no theres less silver for me.hey jaguar this kid made this vid a month ago and there are vids four years old on youtube about silver searching,go pick on them or grow up,and find a new hobby.

  • @18wheeler76 Thank you for understand the situation and supporting my side of the argument, which ultimately makes the most sense.

  • @iGradeMS70 no prob, the only thing i can think of is these people are jealous cuz we paid way below spot for our silver, why they paid way over.ha

  • @18wheeler76 Yes. That's most likely the case. :)

  • I honestly have never coin roll hunted. As a numismatist I feel coin roll hunting is more for would-be investor types looking to find valuable coins all be it in economy grade silver coinage and most notably such ambitions certainly set more adamantly in regards to current strong silver market trends. For the most part - mostly amateurs resort to this as well youthful coin collectors. It is pragmatic to perceive such that it is rather "fun" in essence, however, it's just a naive endeavor.

  • @DetroitLove4U Hmm, interesting. I suppose you could say so. I know many experienced numismatist who frequently coin roll hunt and have done so for many, many years and actually made a profit from their finds. Just recently at my local coin shop an elderly man said he recently searched rolls and had found a 1932-S Washington Quarter just a couple of years back. Some may think of it in the way that you do, but others feel it is a GREAT way to expand a collection without "breakin' the bank".

  • @iGradeMS70 Well might I suggest that you, with all due respect, simply observe those of whom have made videos on YouTube for "coin roll hunting" - One may notice, that if not entirely, a large aggregate of these videos are of those personified interests I elucidated beforehand. Would I want to engage in coin roll hunting if I'm a real numismatist or would I choose to pursue & purchase key date Morgan Dollars in PCGS MS slabbed pieces? Is the goal of a numismatist TO FIND SILVER? Think it over.

  • @iGradeMS70 i found an indian head today video is up.i also proposed a questin to you in my next video.its not up yet,i will let you know when it is,i need a little advice.thanks man

  • @DetroitLove4U your an idiot

  • @18wheeler76 You must certainly personify something more than an idiot - I'd hate to be as miserable as you a mere simpleton of a child of whom can't fathom the true atmosphere of what is definitively known of numismatics ......... go pansy around with someone else that cares about your imbecilic theatrics kid.

  • @DetroitLove4U dude you live in detroit, talk about pathetic, and if you neve coin roll hunted why the hell are you attacking for someone talkin about, you make no cents, you broke piece of fecal matter

  • @18wheeler76 Sounds like you're attacking I. For the record - I didn't attack no one and what place do you have to be so insipidly concerned about someone else's video kid? You certainly are pathetic - get a job and a life kid.

  • It was 8:47 when you made this....I just started coin roll hunting in my area. I think I need to goto some older banks to get better results? I wounder what other coin would be good to look for silver in? Dimes or Quertars?

  • great vid, i try collecting as many coins as i can :)

  • lol ive found a nickel in a roll og bank rolled pennies i have also found a indian head in a regular bank roll

  • @iluvmarinda wow! very nice:)

  • lol ive found a nickel in a roll og bank rolled pennies

  • You know why it's so hard to find silver now? It's because people like you post videos to YouTube for the whole world to see. The more coin roll hunters, the less silver for you and me. Get the picture?

  • @jaguarxj6vandenplas listen man...i really dont care much about the silver, AND IM NOT SAYING that im not really happy when i get it, but for me it is really the joy of the hunt:) ...and if u dont understand that you will have absolutley no prosperity in your life. Gwt the picture? ;)

  • @jaguarxj6vandenplas Totally Agreed.

  • I found a 64 Kennedy today out of 40.

  • @silverexplosion cool bro! they are getting HARDER AND HARDER to FIND!!! :)

  • lol yeah everone at school tells me coins are made of silver still. i know they are not and they tell me i am stupid cuz i collect coins

  • how much is the 45 S mint worth? thx

  • @daretohaveorangehair well, for the numismatic value...nothing (one reason bcuz i had to harshly clean it bcuz i found it CAKED with junk O.o) but for the silver value...apx $11.00, and may get a few cents higher premium just bcuz it is from the '40's :) thx for watching! SUBSCRIBE IF HAV NOT ALREADY:)

  • The best I got was while filling in for a friend as work while he was sick. I was working the cash register and I got 3 silver eisenhower dimes (hope i spelled it right XD) and 2 1940s 70% silver nickels

    Congratz!

  • @chinchillaman1 hahaha very nice:) but isnt it roosevelt who is on the dime? , i know that eisenhower is on the large dollar piece that was made back in the 70's. Plz correct me if i am wrong :D congraaaatz 2 u 2:)

  • @iGradeMS70 lol your right for both, im sorry, I dig bottles and metal detect so I normally deal with coins 1940s and older. Great find =]

  • I'd have to agree with you. For the last few months I've been ordering boxes of halves and have been skunked one probably half of them. I have found some good ones but not many. I've switched to pennies and dimes for now. Keep at it! Persistence pays off

  • Nice video. Thanks for showing us your Walker. I still haven't found one on them dectecting yet. I've found a Barber ½ and a Morgan...but no Walker. I had to laugh because the Morgan was 1878 and my hunting partners said "come on CC"...but it was a S mint. The WLH was, in my opinion, the best looking coin design of all time.

    NebTrac

  • @NebTrac haha thx. nice finds, and yes, the walking liberty is a really nice design:) maybe ull find a "CC"...just keep it up :D

  • @iGradeMS70 One thing I'm proud of for getting is a 1875 cc twenty cent piece. I bought it off "the Bay" and feel I got it at a fairly good price. The chances of me finding one of those is probably less than finding a gold coin.

    NebTrac

  • @NebTrac haha! niiiice! i plan on getting one some time in the future:) , and yes, i would think its harder to find that then gold as well. I think i got a good price for the 1878-CC Morgan i got...cant WAIT to make a video on it:)

  • nice finds... in my country, it is impossible find silver in circulation or bank

  • @AndrejBk haha thx. and sorry to here that :'(
