  • bla bla bla......

  • why so much chatter? just give me the meal before thats slow releasing for a long strenght training session..i eat fine after the workout its just before i need to get some energy

  • Wow people are pathetic. Can't you criticize the video with being a doucebag? Guess not

  • All he is saying is blah blah blah...and he never say the main topic of his conversation. All he has to say is what diet is ideal for pre & post work out simple.

  • Hey bitch why dont you just shut the hell up and tell me what to eat b4 and after my work out....like this if u agree

  • @longjohnw86 the fuck is wrong with you? this man is taking time to make a video to educate you on proper diet for maximum workout results and all you can do is call him a bitch? grow up

  • @MrBenIPresume fuck u ya homo...all i hear in this fckin vid is blah blah blah...he takes litterally 2 mins to say NUtrition is an important part of working out and its like dude I know this.then he says lifting weights breaks down ur muscles I know this too duhh ...I just want too know the best thing to fckin eat for a pre work out meal THATS IT Lol....

  • "Anabolic window: 60-90 minutes after workout". CONFIRMED FOR BULLSHIT!! Your body has an increased protein update 24h-48h after your workout.

Next to that, regular trainees don't even train enough to completely deplete their muscle and liver glycogen stores.

I do vote for 'post' workout shakes, just because they taste good and refresh me but there's no need to hop off the bench and then start sipping and being scared of losing muscle.

    Good luck and have fun.

  • Cherios ?? Dude ... thats not healthy food

  • PWO nutrition is largely irrelevant. Put down your FLEX magazine & venture to Pubmed. ;)

  • this guy doesnt know what he is talking about eat a full meal load of protein w/ vegies and drink your protein+creatin right before u train thats it n in every set drink enough water

  • @Zetay2 you don't know the human body very well. If you eat a "full meal right before" a session you are allotting a huge portion of your blood towards your digestive system rather then oxygenating your muscles.

  • @01jerm10 if you are working hard enough, your nervous system will almost completely shift digestion to nearly off (sympathetic nervous system innervation) and divert nutrient stores (energy in the form of glucose from bodily stores and your big meal) to compensate for your workout. A big meal is essential so you don't starve your muscle cells during and a little after your workout.

  • @nadaboom You really did just say that out loud. Lets do an experiment. You go eat your full meal then head to the gym. Bring a camera so you can put a video on youtube showing everyone that you are doubled over in pain because of massive cramps and probably vomiting.

  • @nadaboom lol u just learn that in your biology class kid lol tahts exactly the reason you dont eat a big meal, when you eat a big meal you dont digest the food and it just sits in your stomach which makes u cramp up and etc

  • i wanna know what to eat not how to work out... get to the facts

  • THANKS ALOT BROTHER!

  • good info
