I know it is cliche, but you will have PLENTY of time to see shows like this and much much more when you are older. Try not to focus on what you can't do at your age, and, instead, revel in the freedom that being young affords you. Ok, old man rant done... I LOVE ANGELSPIT!!! :D

Personally, I don't give a fuck how "real" their stages-show is. Yes, it's all electronic, that's the sound of it. They could be out there with a guitar, drums, etc, but fuck it, what matters is that they're out there and actually doing shows. A lot of bands, since they're "electronic" (Black Metal is like this too) won't even do that, and honestly, not doing shows is bullshit. Don't complain, because a recent study shows that it doesn't, in fact, make you any more "hard core".

Actually playing music over solely doing karaoke for a live show has nothing to do with being more "hardcore." You obviously don't know much about electronic music or music as art if you're simply going to accept this, or any other band going solely off of backing tracks, as a performance. I can't believe that people find this acceptable.

Well, *it is* electronic and they are only two people. There's not a whole lot they can do for a live show other than vocals and a little mixing.

That's such BS though... I could list tons of electronic acts that aren't just mixing backing tracks or doing nothing like Angelspit... a good number of them having only two members. There's a lot more to electronic music other than software and recording devices. This is industrial karaoke.

Well, one good reason to play out? Exposure. Bands that haven't reached mainstream have to play at shows and clubs to showcase their music. The internet of course is also another way.

Well you do have a point there. I was rather disappointed... Zoog could have whipped out his theremin or something. But then again its the exposure that counts. They DID get a slightly bigger fan base when they did the US tour. It's just different when they are actually there.

You have a good point. Collide was also a two piece electronic act and they knew that it was rediculous to do something like what we've all just seen here. Instead they remodelled to songs and brought in other musicians and the result was amazing.
