Heenan isn't laughing for it being good...you could tell that when they shot that show...it's pretty much unedited and he couldn't contain himself. There's one I haven't been able to find where Heenan just loses it with something Monsoon says and he and Gorilla share a genuine laugh and they try to play it off but they can't contain their laughter
