It was said in Edge's book that he and the Brood joining the Ministry was good on paper, but since the Brood were a very popular group at the time, they clashed with the heat the Ministry was trying to get and were taken out

I wish Taker/ministry never joined the McMahons n went on to control/own the WWF (its in the acting script). Taker, ministry leader, becomes WWF champion in the longest streak ever (defends n remains champ) and his group holds most of the other titles. Vince fights his hardest battle to get back the WWF while corporation wrestlers try to win the titles n take them out of the ministry in order to overthrow their strange-hold over the WWF. finally, Taker gives in due to changed ambitions.

The final part of the script is, Taker, leader of the most powerful group ever (fit and athletically unstoppable and dominant gangster-wise) suddenly disappears, the ministry disbands. Taker never comes back to the WWF again!! He joins a biker gang or leads a group n is behind the scenes in WWF making rare appearances in WWF events (its soo hard to see him!!) He never loses his "fear factor", creepy as ever even till today. WWF era recaps will show his featuring him in his ministry days!!

@nikeswool I agree....the whole Corporate Ministry in my opinion was a joke to say the least and you could clearly tell in those segments involving the Corporation that Taker DID NOT WANT to be in there, like he just wanted to say what he wanted to say and leave. They should have kept the Ministry and Corporation apart and continued the storylines they had. I loved the Ministry era and only the Ministry era minus the McMahon's influence!
