As a drummer myelf, I learned a lot from studying the Rev and his style. He was and still is my idol drummer. Sure there are others that I enjoy such as Vinnie Paul, Lars Ulrich (early years) Neil Peart etc. But NO ONE will ever bring what the Rev brought not only to A7X but to us as fans!! A TRUE ROCK & ROLL LEGEND DRUMMER GONE WAY TOO SOON!!! RIP Bro, and I hope you're up there jamming with Randy Rhodes, Dimebag Darrell. Hendrix and the other great musicians taken from us too soon!!! RIP REV
