@clownkiller332 You can't mod games that are on the Xbox 360. Modding requires access to a games code, which you cannot do on an xbox disc, or through the xbox interface. Mods are almost 100% community made, and are only for PC gamers. In order to Mod an Xbox 360 game, you would need to break down the data on the xbox 360 disk (somehow) then change it's code, and hope it didn't break the game since the xbox is less forgiving than a pc. Sorry man, but until you get a good pc your screwed.

@Mogget01 again, I fail to see the reason why you pointed this out. The NPCs displayed are player-created ZOMBIES. Its a mod where Zombies continously respawn and kill you throughout the game. It is not lore-friendly mod but it gives the game extra life. If you feel butthurt about something like these mods, there are other mods that allow you to co-exist with (hostile) ghouls.

Fallout is the collaborative effort of 50 + programmers, designers, artist, animators, and writers. They took years to make this and their other very in depth games, and they paved the way for modern RPG's. Let me guess, you like cod?
