You are really an endless well of misinformation. First off, aid to muslim countries (collectively) is considerably more than Israel. Aid to Israel is less the 1% of their GNP. Israel is a major world class technological center in a country smaller than Vermont. I am for all aid to be discontinued but the arab countries would cry foul all night long. Egypt (a biblical enemy) has peace with Israel as well as Jordan etc. If the Palestinians (outside of Israel) wanted peace they would have it.
The best thing Americans could do to promote peace in the Middle East, and end a lot of the resentment against their country, would be to stop their politicians giving 4 billion dollars a year to Israel. Without this money for their military, Israel would be more likely to stop making new settlements on Arab land and reach some sort of peace. there is one testimony I found where a guy claimed that 1000 people were burned within, at most, 30 minutes in open pits, 6 to 8 by 2m (depth unkown).
I don't know if this testimony is real or a fabrication by deniers (which would make sense to me), either way I cannot deny finding it hard to - let's say grasp, how 1000 people could be reduced to ash within 30 minutes in an open pit, or even fit in there in the first place. Yet again, I am no expert and my conclusions are of no specific value.

You are really an endless well of misinformation. First off, aid to muslim countries (collectively) is considerably more than Israel. Aid to Israel is less the 1% of their GNP. Israel is a major world class technological center in a country smaller than Vermont. I am for all aid to be discontinued but the arab countries would cry foul all night long. Egypt (a biblical enemy) has peace with Israel as well as Jordan etc. If the Palestinians (outside of Israel) wanted peace they would have it.

The best thing Americans could do to promote peace in the Middle East, and end a lot of the resentment against their country, would be to stop their politicians giving 4 billion dollars a year to Israel. While Robert Wolfe was director of USA military archives in Washington, DC there was a big event in the 1970s where he admitted in public that all of the evidence to prove the Holocaust actually took place "would fit inside a small shoe box". Allowing people to question history is allowing them a basic freedom, and cannot be criticised, allowing people a pulpit from which they can spout falsifications of history that support their ideologies is allowing a basic freedom. Arguing against and refuting the assertions is a basic freedom. Are you saying we should not be allowed to refute holocaust deniers? I am confused as to how this could be construed as any sort of supression.

Well the holocaust is a very sensitive part of history, and of course nothing should be removed from the pracice of revision and examination, but holocaust deniers pose a clear and future danger to truth and memory, and if you do a little research as i'm sure you will, many of them (Zundel, Irving, Leuchter) falsify, mistranslate, misrepresent, suppress facts in producing their 'history'.

Well according to 'the holocaust in collective memory', the holocaust basically destroyed any jewish aspirations to establish isreal. They would have needed to justify the creation of a country for several million european jews, but instead after the holocaust the number of remaining jews did not warrant a new country. the holocaust was used as leverage but it was not in any way the single or most major factor in its establishment.

I was tought the holocaust in school and at no point was I or any of my fellow pupils informed of such practices, making lampshades from skin etc. Well why don't they do this with other issues? The facts and contentions of traditional historians of the holocaust ARE basically refutations of the revisionists. That's the thing, they pick at little cracks in the wall, under the childish delusion that these cracks are harbingers of the wall's collapse.

There are pictures with buckets full of heads and alleged beheading machines, that I believe no mainstream historian considers anything but Soviet war-propaganda (and fake). I'm sure if we examined any historical issue, like vlad the impaler's antics, the stories of 20,000 impaled turkish prisoners in a forest of death, it may turn out they they were more spread out, or that they weren't impaled but were stabbed and impaled after death, but either way they were all mercilessly slaughtered. No it's not. Revisionsists like to argue about when recreations were built, and where mass graves are, and point which do not actually detract from the premise that millions of people were slaughtered. Oven capacities is not an issue for debate, the capacities are known and acknowledged by all. In order to handle the typhus outbreak of 43, they would have needed a capacity of 50,000 corpses a month, yet in auschwitz the ovens were equipped for 120,000. there is one testimony I found where a guy claimed that 1000 people were burned within, at most, 30 minutes in open pits, 6 to 8 by 2m (depth unkown).
I don't know if this testimony is real or a fabrication by deniers (which would make sense to me), either way I cannot deny finding it hard to - let's say grasp, how 1000 people could be reduced to ash within 30 minutes in an open pit, or even fit in there in the first place. Yet again, I am no expert and my conclusions are of no specific value.

What i did notice on one website i was told about was a denier who dismissed all eyewitness testimony due to bias or some other reason, yet he made an attempt to disprove the existence of mass graves at chelmno using eyewitness testimonies to find the locations. This kind of double-standards and historyical and desperate ignorance is ubiquitous in the world of holocaust denial.

UPDATE ! Israel has managed to impose a clause forcing all new EU members to admit their guilt according to holocaust story. Latvia (EU member) now refuses to bow to this demand because it's goverment found out in soviet archives that the founder of Yad Vashem (Israel holocaust institute), Yitzhak Arad (aka:Rudnicki) was in fact a NKVD agent and that he was a direct participant in the real mass-killings of thousands of latvians he accuses the germans of being responsible of.
