There's no secret to great guitar players. When you see someone like this who can do amazing things it tells you one thing about them - they have put in literally thousands of hours of practice, if not tens of thousands. There's no secret to it. Its a matter of dedication.

There are some elements of technique, like alternate picking, etc. But they are surprisingly simple. What isn't so simple is the amount of practice hours require to master the techniques.

Keep practicing. Speed comes.
