I just got this as my new green phone, perfect for eco geeks like myself lol, battery life is very long, touch screen is nice and fast, it's simply amazing :).....!!!!!! I could charge it with sunlight just out of my window!!!

I for myself adore this phone. It has a lovely blue, special colour you won't see often in people's hands on the street. Indeed, the back is a bit of boring black, but it has solar panels! *Sigh*. I'd love to purchase this, but the price keeps me from doing so.

I am not an eco-focused person, but this phone is really good for the enviornment. When people throw out their phone batteries, it contains so much nickel that it could pollute an entire swimming pool!

LG are absolutely terrible. Several of my friends have them and the UI is badly constructed and awkward to use.

I agree that it could enhance the battery life but probably only slightly.

Samsung Touch Phones are far better than LG, the Omnia is excellent. I have a HTC Touch Pro2 and that is the best resistive touch screen i've ever used, the precision is excellent.

really? i love LG's UI....and i looked at the Omnia and the touch screen is horrible...like...i would click something...and then 3 hours later it would go to that page....and the HTC Touch Pro 2 is probably really good...but i saw the first one at the store and the touch barely worked...

i guess its just because the are played around with so much that the touch screen dies???? idk...but i really like the EnV touch UI
