@lickmaclitt Yes in many cases NOT all where a black person is on the same socio economic, educational, and financial level with there white counterparts in the same work enviornment double standards are heavily practiced noticeable and unoticeable. This episode is a perfect example of the quiet prejudice, and racist mistreatment that some black people still endure.

This is something I experience everyday being the only black person in my department. William responded in the same tone as his co-worker, yet nothing was said to the white man. The white man even smirked when William was reprimanded by his boss.

in the episode toni left because joan wasnt there for her...the trial over toni and todds child morgan and toni won the case and joan was supposed to be there for toni but as usual joan was stuck some place and when she had got back to court the trial was over which lead toni hating her guts- the one time toni needed her and she wasnt there. in real life Miss Jones wanted to do films etc so she life girlfriends =]
