  • impressive... this piece iz a challenge... im learning it rite now... liszt iz mai fave composer ^_^

  • GREAT!!

    I've loven it...(this music)!!!!

  • but my book somehow just says "In the Woods"

  • or "Forest Murmurs"

  • I like Arrau's interpretation of this piece. Wow!!! But Personally, I dislike this Liszt piece. I like the virtuosity Liszt put into this piece but I dislike the melody. Idk.. To me, the music feels like going to the zoo and meeting a weird and wacky animal like a chimpanzee and watching this animal lick its own ass in a tree somewhere. Eurgh!!!!! Halleluja! Can someone please tell me what the hell is this piece about? And what does Waldesrauchen mean?

  • @123mazeppa

Waldesrauschen is german and means Rustle of Forest

  • @123mazeppa Waldesrauchen means "Rustling of the Forest".

  • @dmcII fuck the german

  • Tens of thousands of piano graduates play this piece very well.Imagination is not dead and piano training is da best it has ever been on all 7 continenets even in da sea. I believe in more indulgence when playing this kind of music. Arrau had the best taste &control. His recording is surely very fine.I love playing this piece .Rhythm needs to be more open and free. Ives said great things about freedom and irregularity in MEMOS!

  • This really is a beautiful peace.

  • Bella interpretación del maestro Arrau.

  • There's very few people who can play this piece with such tone, virtuosity, and with such a mastery of the keyboard. Lucky for us, we have Arrau's splendid recording now. :)
