I just love their directions on how to fly this freaking thing, all I do is crash 10 times in a row trying to aim at targets. Great mission, but they should offer basic flying info in the user manual.

This is the crap that makes this game annoying sometimes - other than some pitfalls, I'm addicted to this game & LUV it! =D

Worst mission? What are you guys talking about? The Flying Machine is the most epic weapon in the game. I replayed this mission at least 10 times to fully enjoy it. Got 100% on second try. Man this game has so much awesomeness! Can't wait for Assassin's Creed: Revelations!!!

You need to try to move from fire to fire, when you fly above a fire, the machine goes up. You need to create a fire yourself to stay flying.

I just completed this mission 100% on my second playthrough. I was totally lucky this time around... well, sort of. I constantly crashed over 10 times but I didn't get hit by the guards, though. I felt the pain of everyone here who cursed the messenger, I had a lot of trouble trying to steer the glider to him in order to strike that fool. Eventually I finally managed to finish it with the 100% full sync. I never want to do this mission again. It was torture!

Just hit two of the workshops without getting hit if you feel like ur gonna get hit crash into the ground and you should still be able to have the full sync option as long as u don't get hit tho and at first I thought the workshops were the only thing to make you gain more air when u fly above them until I saw u could shoot the ground with fire to help u out heh.

I wanna enjoy a game not get frustrated by it. They should have made it much simpler for controling the plane and not have dam flying lessons. My PC and 360 controler is like wearing boxing gloves with this game at times

@5joulupukki remember its a glider its not like a plane where you can pitch up .shoot the ground and when you gain hieght just use the left and right controls if you lose hieght just shoot the ground again and go over it go over the big fires at the towers and youll get major hieght then you can circlearound the sky and take the towers out for more big fires and remember to aim ahead of moving targets

you might have figured this but you have to shoot at the ground to create fires. like in ac2, fires will create the lift needed to keep you in the air. if you pull up as you go over the fire you will gain speed as well. :)

Mine glitches though. right after you take down the 4 workshops you get a checkpoint or atleast a cut scene. right? well i get that. but no carts come after. im just flying in the air with no objective. its bizarre actually. i've tryed restarting the whole mission a few times but it still won't work. great game tugh. would be better if my copy didn't glitch at this point. good thing its borrowed it.
