feminised seeds are for convenience and to save time. NON are 100% female. They All have male characteristics and the quality isn not as good. I use feminised seeds cause its as good yielding and is worth just as much but what i grow for myself is always from regular female seed. Feminised seeds do have an application but quality is effected
...and avoid "feminized" seeds. They will always produce hermaphrodite plants. Each plant may be up to 90 percent female...but there will be male branches..and they will have seeds! Use regular seeds and then clone your female plants...and kill the males.

you can't go far wrong using 'greenhouse seeds'. They have won more cannabis than anyone, they do regular or feminised and the price is bang on. You won't get better quality or value then 'Greenhouse Seed Co'. Free seeds are probably worthless. I wouldn't use them anyway. It's good chit, Had a plant grown to 1.5 feet after one month, by two months it doubled in size and grew about 6 sets of stocky branches, after 3 months I threw it into flowering, after 5 months I yielded 108 grams of some of the sickest organics I've ever produced..... it's pretty good stuff I was giving my plants 2 table spoons per gallon every 2 weeks mixed with some Big bloom, had a half inch diameter stock, grew to be about 3.5 feet

I used advanced nutrients chemical program for years. Eventually I switched over because the economic, health, and environmental implications of chemical nutrients is pretty dramatic. Their organic program is way to expensive for what it is. Advanced makes the best chemical nutrients, no question. As far as organic goes... not so much.

this would've been better if they told what strain they used, how often they watered, what their veg state was and flowering time. you need alot more details.
flowering time is irrelevant, the plants ready when it's ready and veg time is likely the same length as flowering minus the time they spend as a clone rooting. Water schedules vary from grower to grower, a little ingenuity and observation of your plants is all it takes to figure out what they need, it's not rocket science.
i don't think they move to the flowering stage until you move them to 12 hours of light, keep them in 18 hours of light keeps them in the veg state. i believe it's during this time you can clone them as well. but the twelve hours of light signifies it's getting closer to winter and it's time to start budding (flowering).
I know how to grow buddy. What I said is that they needed more info on the plants. It depends if the plant was grown in a garbage bin compared to a 2 oz pot. The veg state if it was 2 1/2 weeks is different from 4 weeks (30 days). The lights should've been mentioned by what wattage of light they used and how many plants were under that light. The strain also depends too, because some strains are known not to grow as much as other strains. All of these things must be told to get accurate results.
All we have from this result is that Advanced Nutrients is the best, which is true most likely, but how do we know it wasn't just a really good seed genetic in that certain seed, and the other ones had bad genetics? See, these questions should be answered because it would fully determine the test and give the best results. Also, this should be done with mutliple strains to show which one is actually best, not just one.

I used advanced nutrients chemical program for years. Eventually I switched over because the economic, health, and environmental implications of chemical nutrients is pretty dramatic. Their organic program is way to expensive for what it is. Advanced makes the best chemical nutrients, no question. As far as organic goes... not so much.

this would've been better if they told what strain they used, how often they watered, what their veg state was and flowering time. you need alot more details.

flowering time is irrelevant, the plants ready when it's ready and veg time is likely the same length as flowering minus the time they spend as a clone rooting. Water schedules vary from grower to grower, a little ingenuity and observation of your plants is all it takes to figure out what they need, it's not rocket science.

i don't think they move to the flowering stage until you move them to 12 hours of light, keep them in 18 hours of light keeps them in the veg state. i believe it's during this time you can clone them as well. but the twelve hours of light signifies it's getting closer to winter and it's time to start budding (flowering).

I know how to grow buddy. What I said is that they needed more info on the plants. It depends if the plant was grown in a garbage bin compared to a 2 oz pot. The veg state if it was 2 1/2 weeks is different from 4 weeks (30 days). The lights should've been mentioned by what wattage of light they used and how many plants were under that light. The strain also depends too, because some strains are known not to grow as much as other strains. All of these things must be told to get accurate results.

All we have from this result is that Advanced Nutrients is the best, which is true most likely, but how do we know it wasn't just a really good seed genetic in that certain seed, and the other ones had bad genetics? See, these questions should be answered because it would fully determine the test and give the best results. Also, this should be done with mutliple strains to show which one is actually best, not just one.
