this song has already been out a few years before '87, fyi. i listened to this song, you can call me al, and graceland over and over before every game of rugby to find my center and psych myself into that special place. those were the good days. many good games. it was the best. thanks for the memories.
Ahhhh. Thank you sharing this and reminding this 61yo how amazing music was back in "our" day ... and what a marvel Paul Simon, his band and Ladysmith Black Mambazo are in concert.
Who could listen to this and not want to m-o-v-e ????
What a wonderful celebration of life!! You can't tell who's having the most fun, the people on the stage or the people in the audience. Only Paul Simon could take this concert to the moon. drunkenbum85, as of yesterday I'm 62, and I could not agree with you more!! I am blessed to have grown up with the most wonderful music ever created, and that of course includes Paul Simon.
everybody is happy jamming along all everybody needs is a little paul simon and the war is over what a happy vibe u get.im 26 yrs old and ill rather pay to see this than any other shit that the music industry has to give us these days
Put a Stratocastor in the hands of an African musician and you will get awesome results. What's the guitarist's name? Ray Pihri? Is that right? He's freaking sick.
@joshwallace207 some people do it for the love of music as i'm sure is the case for paul simon regardless if he made ten cents or ten million dollars.
