Oh yeah and to answer questions below, to upgrade units armor you must max out a units stats. To do so u simply go into the armory (which can be accessed through the main menu by going to Modes or by campaign and clicking the Shield in the bottom left corner) from there just click on the unit u want to upgrade.
As for beating a certain lvl I always go with this strategy (I call it the devils formation because it let's u have 6 Elves standing in one spot in the same row, 3 rows equals 666) to do

I don't know if my getting the game near holloween for their Free Deal thing effected this, but when I beat the normal game mode I didn't get more gemstones on hard mode in fact I don't get any at all also I get next to no gems on all of my missions. If that wasn't bad enough it happened on my normal mode too! Anyone know what's up?

yo in the ipad 2 its different the boss arent moving wtf?The boss in final for i pad is mad close to my castle in the game i think its different and they dont show the bar on top with the zombie moving it doesnt show!

and im sorry but for anyone else who watched this your not supposed to spend money on the golan and up the mage maybe if hes tier 3. what you do is make many warriors archers dwarves and ponys. then send a single tier 3 dwarf to magma with full sp bar then continuously bomb his mini army then if done right all that should be left is just lord magma and the rest of your army should win. ( takes longer on legendary)

Its easy at last level but how the heck do you beat 5-5 in hard mode.
