Everyone of those Republican nominated Judges are terrible Judges. It not that we want to hate your Judges, it's just you bring the worst ones. What do you expect the Democrats to do?

I know progressive lefties here in Canada who think what she said was racist, so I don't think its a repuiblican charge, its the reality of how she spoke. Racism is by definition the belief of one race or group being superior over others, and her choice of words during that speech did say as much.
It was bothersome reading New York newspapers soaking optimism & supporting this woman.
Just earlier the month she's caught with her foot in mouth- now we're supposed to forgive & forget because she sings a sad song while batting doe eyes during yesterday's hearing.
We're still playing these reindeer games? "My decisions were never based on personal views." We're supposed to let this go for what- making history: the 1st hispanic in the Court?

Both sum-up this video of sotomayor. And she wants to be a Supreme Court Judge? It's no wonder why so many of her court decisions when challenged have been thrown out, and over turned by the very Supreme Court She is hoping to slide into.
You have not looked at her record in detail. The evidence does not support your suggestion that she is either a disgrace or incompetent.
You should review her history more closely. I understand Glenn Beck wrote a wonderful piece which was full of citations and examples. It was very even-handed. jk.

Sotomayor was asked if she believes in the basic right to self defense.
The fact that she avoided aswering the question tells us her answer is the wrong one.
An anti-self defense gun grabber like her doesn't belong in our government!
