  • That's not a '71 front fork, seat, rear shocks or fenders !

Looks more like a newer model with a repainted tank and new reproduction decals... Nice, but not correct. I would expect more out of such an expert like yourself Tom, humm...

  • @jokerioafm12 looks just like mine and mine is a 1971

  • hey im from canada, and i was wondering if these bike are rare at all? I'm a huge kawasaki fan and im starting to collect them. theres a 77 that some guy has for sale and its in good shape but missing 2 parts. do you think i should buy it? he wants like $200 for it.

  • @buhay6

these bikes are getting harder to find, parts are even harder, if you have access to someone that suppluy parts,. 200 is a good price,

    happy trails,

    Tom./

    Tom./

  • yeah the parts are so HARD to find

  • @tomsvintageminis where is this person in ontario located i have a 1971 kawasaki mt1 that wont run anymore, and can you make the bike road legal if you installed a speedo and turn signals

  • hi tom, you seem to know what you are doing here, what is the gas and oil mixing ratio for these little bikes?

  • i use a mixture of 20:1 gas and oil, it runs a little lean but i prefer to keep everyhting well oiled.

    happy trails,

    tom.
