The Chinese are connecting the North and South of Africa by highway (something that could have been done EASILY by Europe) and investing their time and money throughout Africa on infrastructure projects. You are partly right on the last part. China will do. The Chinese are connecting the North and South of Africa by highway (something that could have been done EASILY by Europe) and investing their time and money throughout Africa on infrastructure projects. They are also actively courting the leaders of the African Nations and very recently 48 Heads of State attended a summit in Beijing to discuss further cooperation.
Note the word COOPERATION as opposed to CLAIM.

FYI: the stoning of the dog in this clip is from the attack on Alan Windram's farm. There have been 1000s of such attacks on 'white' pets in Zimbabwe, but this was caught on film by the Associated Press. For fear of racial fury in Western countries, the AP decided not to release the footage to the world. 6 dogs were stoned and beaten to death on that farm by the hooting and hollering mob. Windram was forced to abandon his dogs, locked up and unable to escape, when he fled earlier with family.

We see the dog looking on in fear, locked up with no chance of escape, yet these people bombard it with bricks and stones to the head and body, resulting in a likely slow and painful death.
