me too. i'm going through the book again for the second time. after the first time i read it, i lasted one week but those days went with some discomfort. there are no clinics in my country. my hopes rely on the book. i hope reading it for the second time enables me to escape the trap/brainwashing/addiction.

The book helped me give up a 40-a-day habit seven years ago. These clinics have a success rate of more than 90 per cent and run a similar scheme for drinkers / alcoholics. Have booked my boyfriend in for next month. Price is more than affordable and the clinic sent me a £50 discount voucher on top!!! Would 100 per cent recommend Allen Carr's method to every smoker / drinker looking to give up!
I quit smoking once for like 3 months. Man, i loved being healthy, but i was always around friends that smoked. So i eventually started again, i want to get healthy again, so i'm gonna shoot for it again.
Then you don't understand the message of Allan Carr.Yes he is talking about stop smoking but you are smoking beacuse of socialising with other people with alchocole or else.That was my mistake and I hope that you will win beacuse I did.I am nonsmoker for over a year now and I wish you to stop too.I wish you to win this and be free of nicotine.
