I would love to know how heave you lift? also do you use any form of creatine? third how do you keep from losing your lean muscle mass with so much cardio? If I do as much as cardio as you do, I tend to lean up but then lose weight in my lower half where I don't want to lose it. Any suggestions are appreciated!
