Nice technique and feel. I was surprised to read that your guitar is a Gibson and not a Martin (sure looks and sounds like a Martin to me, but I could not see your headstock).
I cannot do finger picking, but I'm fairly adept with a flat pick. Also, I rarely use a capo (not sure why).
I've been playing for six years but my left hand just couldnt pull this off. even my guitar teacher who is well respected in town had great difficulty...we gave up I"m sorry. so you must have been playing for many many years . very nice. I love this song!
OK, I think I've worked it out (I was playing 'C' - capoed at 4 for about 6 months! - sounds right but hard to get the 'drop') - but it is actually D capoed at 2 - try it starting at 'D ' .. Dmaj7 etc. Alternate 4 and 5 bass strings - I think this is in the right direction to get the pickin'as on the record
guess not as the guys called Jean! lol. Anyhow, these seem like the best tabbed versions. On the page on UG it also has a link to another website with a version tabbed in there too, happy pickin! :D
Ive only just stumbled across it but on Ultimate Guitar if you search for Everybodys Talking Tab Neil Diamond, a version comes up which looks similar. By a French guy too, wouldn't be you bpvdd would it? :)
very nice rendition sir=))

Very nice indeed. Could you make a tutorial on this. You have the best version of this song on U-tube. It's would be great to learn from the best.

do you have the Tabs for this or even better the Dots as I read music faster than tabs or chords.

very good rendition. I had previously played this in D (D9, D7 etc) but the travis picking I think will only work in C (won't it?). Is this correct?

Thanks for the compliments.
It ' s just my arrangement.
The chords are C- C Maj7 - C7 - Dm - F+ - Dm7-
G.
