  • Excellent. I added these to my every day exercises, my shoulder are feeling it. Thanks. Anything similar but with a single knife I might be able to practice for when I’m not home and a stick is not an option?

  • @edwood777 thanx for viewing, yeah the stick fighting techniques I teach is meant to develop the skills necessary for knife combat. The core techniques are designed to be interchangeable for a variety of tools and improvised weapons.

  • Thank you for sharing this exercise template. This is really going to be handy for busy folks who are torn between training and working for a living. Another precious tool to work on for those working people who are into solo training. Excellent guide to work on and if not evolve from after mastering it to fit one's schedule on a day to day basis.
