  • I like Timothy B Schmit more

  • It's ok but no match for the tymes.

  • I love Huey Lewis. I thought the Timothy B Schmit version's brilliant too. Whatever happened to great singers? These days we only hear Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Rihanna on the radio and they are god awful.

  • fanlove ittastick

  • Was in a high school band and one of the guys invited this guy, Chris, to come jam with us one day. He came back a few times and methinks: "This guy is way good, he's gonna make it." Ran into him years later ('81-2??) at a restaurant on Fillmore (SF). Talked with him, asked him what he was doing. "We're gigging down at Kabuki." (a few blocks away). Cool. Driving home, on the marquee "Huey Lewis and the News" Awesome. Chris Hayes, guitarist/vocalist. My brush with fame! Laff!!

  • These guys were kings in the 80's

  • i thought All 4 One is the original...dammm..=)

  • Einfach nur genial!!..Ich hoffe das die Jungs irgendwann auch mal wieder nach Deutschland kommen und Konzerte geben!!

  • huey is so AWESOME, doing the Tymes, so in love. a lovers anthem, that is for all time in this life.

  • if you really want to laugh and appreciate great harmony, click on the Us5 to the right. They are a got awful boy band. They are off key, and they get the words wrong. They have no musical ability whatsoever but, they are funny as hell.

  • That's is lovely

  • Does anyone have a live recording/tape of the Tymes singing this?

  • I seen Huey in Concert down here in South Florida back in the early 90's and at the Gulfstream Race Track and He Was Awesome ! Great song he performs here and thanks for posting my friend ! Thumbs Up Huey !

    TCB DANNY

  • Not hard to see after watching this why these guys became absolute SUPERSTARS of the 1980s..

  • Incredible musical talent. Period. Hard to imagine that much talent in one band, still around after all these years!

  • thanks 4 posting - i finally saw HL @ busch gardens last year - they sung this tune then as well 25+ years later... i was very impressed - it wasn't a carbon copy - one's voice does change after that long, but still nailed it... later last year in st pete, they were a little off their game for most songs - but hey, can't always have a perfect performance every time.

  • Wow, Great cover!!!!!!!!!!!! I love accapella doo- wop

  • OMG I never realized that he covered this song...LOVE LOVE LOVE

  • str8 to favs!

  • Modern singers take note:NO AUTOTUNE.

  • @DrRinse thumbs up x10

  • @DrRinse and you will not get any more. Darn thieves!

  • this is amazing. They are awaesome

  • Saw them last night at Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, Mass. They did this song and just nailed it. He is 60 years old going on 25 in terms of energy. Great performance from the entire band. Total pros. Huey's a great showman, and these guys have been underrated for years. This was our first time seeing them - and my wife and I are his age - but we'll definitely catch them next time around.

  • What year was this?

  • @joaniebrewer picture this tour 1982 la california i think mtv played it a few times back in the mid 1980s

  • This band blew me away the first time i saw them. They were visiting Denmark for the first time and was being interwiewd on the News (haha). Instead of playing a video like most bands did they sang "Naturally" acapella in the studio. I was sold from that moment. :D Then off course that Album became the music me and my future wife danced to and that enhances my memories.

  • As we stroll along togather

    Holding hands,walking all alone

So in love are we two

That we don`t know what to do

  • We need more cowbell!

  • Nice song, it was played in the movie "the dukes". If you like this kind of music, the movie is a must see

  • awsome.. huey and the boys nailed it.what a great feelgood song...love it

  • Huey and the News are just plain talented.

  • @jhbthreerd haha yah, just saw them perform!!! It was amazing that after all these years they are still SO GOOD. A clear tribute to their ability as a REAL group, not a group the studio has to polish up.

  • I miss my mullet!

  • Guys help me... i love this song, but i remembered another song which sounded or maybe is the same title as this song...with a little faster beat, but still very classical... help?

  • tHE ORIGINAL WAS BY A BLACK GROUP,THE TYMES, ON THE PARKWAY LABEL FROM AROUND 1962.

  • so much in love :)

  • I think they nailed it perfectly

  • @1935Ron1

Agreed. I love the way they did Curtis Mayfield and the Impressions' "It's Alright", too -- I had no Idea they did this one . . .

  • The kids in the crowd don't know what to make of this music. I'm glad someone intorduced them to acapella doo wop!

  • Yes, and that was in 1982. doo-wop forever!!!

  • I did a little "street corner" doo-wop in HS. This one has memories. I'm glad there's others like you out there, my friend.

  • Hi. Does anyone know if this appeared anywhere on an album? Thanks in advance.

    daniel

  • try type in so much in love talk box remix and listen.its awesome

  • This is one of my all time favorite songs and they sang it perfect!!!

  • Some of todays acts couuldn't hold a candle to these guys..how classy is this performance? Simply outstanding

  • Totally agree daltz5. This was called harm-o-nizing, with real singing voices! NOT the crap on radio today, other than the very few musicians who really DO have some talent!

  • wow... this made me cry.... what year was this video made?

  • 1982

  • 1982

  • I'm seeing these cats in concert tonight. Can't wait!!

  • As we stroll along together Holding hands, walking all alone So in love are we two That we don't know what to do So in love In a world of our own As we stroll by the sea together Under stars twinkling high above So in love are we two No one else but me and you So in love So much in love So in love So much in love

  • They are amazing when they sing acapella.

  • What a cuty that Colla! And so talented, I get weak in the knees!

  • Wonderfully done! Proves that Huey can really sing when he and his group can sing acapella!

  • Huey Lewis And The News... Never Will Die

  • HOLY COW!!!!!!!! ;-) Frickin AMAZING!!! <3

  • I used to have this on VHS. It was from a special orginally shown on Showtime in 1983 taped in LA between Picture This and the big hit album Sports.
