@96DirtBikeman People were ice fishing on the lake as of last weekend. I'm not sure about past Harford's Point for ice thickness, but if you stay to the south of harford's point there is no chance of going through. I'll be up next weekend too to ride. If you look at the different web cams then you could probably see ice houses on the lake.

ive got the 04 mxz 500ss, great sled. blows plugs often tho, anyone else have that problem with their 500ss? also find it doesnt steer well, and i just put on new carbides ... i have to slow right down to turn sharp,
@gator11dan ive never fouled plugs. you might be running a little rich. and when you are turning, is it on powder or hard packed? what setting are your limiter straps on? coupling blocks? sway bar hooked up? all these come into play. let me know
@gator11dan i had the same pair of plugs for 3 seasons so it might be you that fowls them....i did notice the steering though, it was scary because on my first ride i wasnt expecting to have to slow right down to make a bermed turn lol its funny but i find it turns better if you turn the bars less and lean more, also put her sideways whenever possible.
Awesome video dude. I just bought a 2008 mxz tnt 500ss off ebay a few days ago. It should be shipped soon. I really dont get why they call it a 500. Its got a 597cc. Its like come on people its a damn 600! :-p
@DippinGrizzly28 they call it a 500 for insurace purposes. A 500 is quite a bit cheaper to insure than a 600. Thanks for the feedback man! Subscribe!!
@DippinGrizzly28 lol, so it can be raced in a lower cc class, most sleds are marked up instead of down to make them apear larger but the 500ss is kind of a sleeper sled, i take 800's all day.
@bmxer0119 Well I'm not sure about Doo 800's because my brother has an 800 and he pulls hard on me. I have a video of me and him on the lake, take a look at it.

On the trails I can get it up to 95 top but on ice on the lake i can get it to 105 on a good day.
