  • D-manose has nothing to do with UTI management. There abosolutely no data to support it. To the contrary, there is good data to refute it. Also, aciditiy does not kill bacteria. This was disproved by Dr. Howell and published in the New England Journal of Medicine. In the same study she proved that anti-adhision is the actual mechanism of action of the cranberry.
