As per my suggestion WAP-5 must be given only to prestigious shatabdi and rajdhani !! For a duronto WAP-7 is sufficient !!

@annaaalok As far as I have read,Railway is finalising this with ISRO.Another new development is Indian Railways is also setting up a Thermal power plant with NTPC to generate its own power to run high speed trains.
