hs10 without akimbo is best shotgun and no ken over 1 is a good k/d ratio with lightweight and marathon to get close to enemies and sleight of hand= amazing perk :D oh and no ken over 1 is a good k/d ratio

Personally I think the best guns are as follows:

SMG-Spectre w/ ext. mags

AR-Famas w/ dual mag

Shotgun-SPAS-12 w/ supressor

LMG- Stoner63 w/ ext. mags

Sniper-L96 or PSG1 w/ variable zoom

I have a KD of 1.49 and those are guns in each class i think are best. I'd highly recommend them.

Having over 3000 kills with the HS10 and over 2000 with the spas i hold the best opinion. The saps is by far the best shotgun in the game whilst the HS10 is the funnest. Use it with dual wield and you cannot have more fun.

A shotgun is usable on any map. The last time I played Jungle, I was 19-0 with the Olympia, and no I don't hide in corners. I would have more, but I also have my buddy to contend with. :P At least I did at the time. What I'm getting at, though, it's all about knowing how to use the shotgun. What routes to take and whatnot. You have to know how to hug the walls, and that said, you need to have a decent amount of map knowledge. Control the engagement, and watch the triple kills come.

@KangarooRocker I've been using the shotguns primarily since Call of Duty 4, though, with the W1200. In all games I've had a steady ratio of 2.20+, but that's mostly because I don't pay much attention to it. I play the objective, and the shotgun comes in very handy for that. I never use Sleight of Hand with the HS10, mind you. I use Steady Aim Pro for kills at longer distances. Normally Scavenger Pro, for many reasons, and a mix of Ninja Pro (for my headset) and Tactical Mask Pro.

@KangarooRocker Lightweight is a very handy tool when using shotguns. I suggest that as well, especially if you're not very experienced with them. I've noticed your skill in Jungle has improved a lot since your earlier videos though, Ken, congrats! It goes a long way in getting kills, knowing your environment. I suggest you try the Spas-12 though, it's by far the easiest to use, and arguably the best (I prefer HS-10). It's closest to the M1014 too. (Not sure if this sent.)

My favourite Shotgun for Black Ops is the Stakeout with grip. Don't dual wield the HK10 because honestly wont change the speed of when you kill him with a single HK10.

i haven't watched a ken burton video in a while, so i decided to watch this one to see if he has improved any since modern warfare 2, and i can safely say that he has probably gotten worse. How can somebody not improve, but actually got worse over the course of about a year? i have never seen anybody like ken. i kinda feel sorry for him. commentaries and videogames in general are not his thing. i have no idea why he is a premiere director, maybe he blew seananners.
