The easiest way would be if you happened to have a 25 pin parallel printer port. You'd only need a few transistors to do that, the problem is that a parallel printer port is very old technology and it's unlikely your computer has one, mine doesn't anyway.
I was going to look into how serial ports work but I haven't got round to it yet, I don't know how difficult that would be.
I knida done that last night (without the camera unfortunately still looking for an affordable one) but I set it commands to move and turn at cetain times, will be putting a video of that up as soon as I can
CAn you teach people how to make RC to PC?

You'd need to have the Velleman k8055 usb interface board to do it like I have done, if you had that then you should be able to do it alright.

Instead of creating expensive and advance usb interface board. Can you teach make it simple RC to PC with low budget?

I got an idea how about using RJ45(8P8C) Ethernet cable hacking?
I have xbox and compaq computer. It would be cool to control on xbox or PC.
