@merdoch fair enough,everyone one is free to there opinions, Eddie Bravo has come to sweden a few times and i haven't personally been to his seminars but 2 of my team mates have been, and the things they showed me they learned at the seminars only 50% of the people in my academy could sort of pull it off,so id rather go to a school that focuses on postures, pressures and "basic" movements because i want to learn a system that works now and also when im 50 years old and full of arthritis......
