  • I like your form, better than alot on youtube, It seems like though your tricep is contracting alot which could be taking the force off of your posterior deltoid, Maybe a slightly bent elbow and a longer pause at the top of the movement. It's good already but I think you can do better.

  • This clip shows this exercise with brilliant form but its worth mentioning in plain english that the delts actually respond better to a weight that you can manage 15 - 20 reps range with rather than heavy weights and lower reps like you'd do for larger muscle groups like the chest..

    A lot of people neglect their rear delts, and their shoulders looks deformed because of it.

    btw never thought about doing an inverted fly, i usually do palms facing each other. good clip, gonna have to incorporate this now into rear delt exercises. does this type of grip stimulate the rear delt more than regular fly grip?

  • yeah it does, dont do to many rear delt exercises no more then 5 sets or you'll overtrain them, remember the smalle the muscle the less the sets

    Well off course, if you are looking for a sarcoplasmic hypertrophy reps could be as high as 20.
