hi :) its call boning and its used in corsetry or in the bodices of prom and wedding dresses and you can get it from most large craft and fabric stores, just ask for plastic boning for corsets making :)

@190kuttan Hey i'm so sorry i haven't gotten back to you until now! it is just plastic corset boning 1cm wide, you can buy it by the meter for most fabric or habie shops
