  • thinking about trading in my flextone iii in for either this or the HD100. not sure which one though. how loud does this thing get? like would you still be able to hear it in a jam sesh? my flextone is a 75 watt solid state and it could never scream loud enough with the jamming.

  • @canadianeh24 the 40 watts that the tube amps give out are ridiculously loud. I regularly keep my volume at about 1~2 on the master and I get complaints of it being too loud.

  • @xxr390gt1xx yea thanks man. im pretty much decided on the 212. i really wanted to stay in line 6 cause i still have my FBV short board and id save a boatload on all the on-board effects. now i just need to find a place cheap enough to buy from oh and sell my flextone of course. im hoping i'll get @ least half of what i paid for the thing :P

  • That guitar is so...BEAUTIFUL

  • stop talking and start playing ;-) nice equipment

  • don't ask me how... but i found this exact amp brand new no damage for 500$...I bought it on site and it was a lucky find for me

  • line6 spider valve 212 is better than vox vt100

  • holy hell... you combined a prs with a line 6... thats a sin

  • @777RAD777 It's not the solid state series so it's much better. You should try a Spider Valve out. You'll be surprised how much this 40 watt will put out.

  • @777RAD777 ...why?I have spider III HD75 and PRS guitar...and play in rammstein cover band, lol

  • Well.. very nice explanation.. very nice english as well !!

I waited 6:40 minutes to listen to the PRS together with the line 6, because he is the only gyu in the whole UTube who combines those two..

and in the end .. NOTHIIINGGGGGG !!!! Oh my God !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @misternogreco Still working on some songs. and they're coming. There's a few on my page but nothing too crazy. I keep getting slapped with Copyright Infringement so being really careful at the moment. Also I've been experimenting with tones and new pedals so I'll get on some videos soon.

  • Ok .. man ..

You know... I own a Spider Valve 112 and I am thinking of buying a PRS..

That;s why I was so much interested in listening to the sounds of these two ..

    Don't worry.. I'll wait..

    cu later

  • nice video, but the 212 doesnt have stereo speakers

  • ha)xbox gamepad on the table

prs + xbox = big fun

  • Just got the 212 valve today... loving it... Tryed out the peavey 60 and 120 and hated them.. the valve king aslo sounded like shit XD

  • Comment removed

  • I thought is WAS "FULL TUBE"

    The Vox amps are hybrids

  • I fixed that comment a while ago. It's in text on the video.

  • i have a spider 4 and its not bad

  • Nice setup, good explanation.

  • To be honest, I don't know. Never tried Randall amps before. I'm quite happy with the spider valve though.

  • This amp isn't stereo...

  • how much did the amp cost?

  • A good $899 for the 212 model but I traded in my old messed up Marshall MG-250DFX and also added some more discount. So I think I ended up paying only like $550 or so.

  • 1200 seems pretty good to me especailly for a prs.

  • how much did you get your prs? i want to get one but damn so exspensive.

  • 1200. It's a CE model so it's cheaper. Lowest I've ever found them are for like 700 on craigslist.

  • Hey man, nice video.

I'm currently using a Line 6 Spider III 75 Watt, and I'm not sure about whether to buy the FBV shortboard or not...

Would you recommend it? Is it worth buying?

  • Depends on your application. It's nice to have to control the onboard fx and also add more features to the amp that the amp alone cannot function without. I'll try to make a video explaining the shortboard by itself possibly later today. There's a variety of options for boards as well so you can do the smaller version if money is an issue. If it isn't, you can get a longboard.

  • great video, bro! i love the line 6/ Bogner!

    5 stars!

  • wot does dl 4 do.?

  • It's a delay pedal with multiple types of delays. It also has a loop function so you can jam on your own licks. I'm trying to work out time to put little demos of each pedal. Just been busy a lot. I will eventually have a video available maybe in the next month or so.

  • hey, you said you have endorsements, how do you go about getting an endorsment from a company?? Do you need to send demos or something to them??

  • Used to work at a music shop and got to know the companies personally. Kinda more like hooked up a lot but I got the company names like all over my car and everything to support them. I don't have full sponsorship cuz I don't tour with full bands or whatnot. But I can just call up the people I know and get whatever I need/what.

  • when on mute mode it doesn't. On the other mode, it sometimes does depending if I'm doing delay or not and how much threshold. Overall sound isn't really affected much unless you're trying to sustain alot more.

  • hmm, does the ns2 affect your sound?

  • that shit is expensive. You paying monthly for it or you cashed it all in?

  • Paid it all off straight cash. Some of it semi sponsorship.

  • hey man send me a message im not good with pedals man and stuff and i wanted to no if u can help me im debating between the marshall MG100DFX or the Line 6 Spider 3 120 wat . but later on i want a nice pedal so yeah but i wanted to no if i get the line 6 if i can use that shorrtboard pedal so yeah messsage me back man help me out haha thanks bro

  • people if your gonna get a line 6 only get a spidervalve series cause the rest of the solid stste crap sucks

  • Dude why did you have the noise surpressor as the first stomp box? Shouldn't it be last, to cut the noise from your chain?

  • I actually don't use it anymore. It has a send and return and that's how I originally used it when I had it with my Marshall cuz there was too much hum. I only use it as a power supply now to daisy chain. The switch is on mute now but like I said, it's used for power.

  • what kind of prs guitar is that

  • CE-24

  • where u get all ur money from?

  • Hehe. Gotta love endorsing. Also got hookups with companies.

  • hey.. is that shortboard worth the money?

  • I'd say so. It is a bit pricey. That's my complaint. It does open a whole new world of control to the amp. I'd like it more if it were cheaper though.

  • Hey man, I like your PRS. They make serious guitars and that's a nice one. I also own a Spider Valve. I love the clean and crunchy sounds of that amp but it's way, way too loud for anything but real gigs and loses its tone badly if you turn it down. I highly recommend the Flextone III for that. It sounds great at lower bedroom volumes - much better than the cheap Spider line combos. One thing - your 2x12 Spider Valve isn't actually stereo - it's a mono power section. Great amp though!

  • Thanks man. Yeah, the amp is really super loud. I end up having it on about 1 and never past it. I play in the local church band and I have to place the amp in another room because it's too loud. But eh. The louder the better until their ears bleed. Not good to see ears bleeding in a church. Hehe.

  • it is a full tube amp. watch line 6's video of it. it's all tube WITH a modeling front end. that's why it has preamps tubes and power tubes.

  • Yeah I know. Just said it wrong in the video and caught it after and didn't want to make another video to fix that.

  • you should stop buying so much guitar shit and move the fuck out of your house. :)

  • That's the thing. Didn't buy much of it. Remember that I used to work at the music shop? Boss gave me most of the inventory.

  • very well then :/

  • Wish I had asked for one of the GK stacks though. Had a few David Edens but I dunno what he did with those.
