hi shelly ... =] ... is this banana bread without bananas?? very cool. oh, you can use APPLESAUCE as a replacement for butter/oil!! it works just as well and you can't tell the difference! it looked really good! ... =D

@oopspaw The bananas are already in the mix. It is quite delicious. I wasn't thinking about the apple sauce..thanks for reminding me. I could have used that or my grapeseed oil.
