@iamaGod357 dont you mean epinephrine? because Epi is not an analgesic, it does not reduce pain at all- hence a very bad numbing medecine. Now, if you were talking about something like Xylocane, Lidocane with a very small amount of Epi in it, then yes. It can be used to constrict blood vessels, but at a capillary level, it would have no effect. It only effects the smooth muscles in the tunica in the VESSELS- not capillaries.
