The result is that people will look to the secondary and underground markets again to buy weed. There also will be competition for the best weed and if the local stuff is not as good, again people will buy the illegal stuff. Resourceful drug dealers will always try to stay one step ahead

If the best stuff was somewhere else all you would have to do would be to get a seed and grow it. legal companies would be able to easily grow tons more so the price would drop. taxes would make it go up but the efficiency will easlly cancel out home grown. you dont have to make your own alcohol it would be much more expensive to make your own alcohol than buy it at a store

What will happen is that ALL weed will not be legal, because the strongest strains will be too powerful and NOT what they had legalized. This will result in the gangs and drug lords staying ahead of what is legal and people will want the good stuff.
