The truth stated on the film is well researched and documented. The money Perimeter CID has received was with the help of the entire county of DeKalb over 700,000 people. We were unable to locate one city in Georgia with less than 40,000 people that has received over $254 million dollars in federal and state funding. The entire county of DeKalb helped acquire this money and this is far from receiving a free ride. Please do not feel threaten by the Truth.

Wow, looks like she needs to "educate" herself. You did not even know about this additional money until the last minute and it has NEVER been used to fund da 'hood sections of Dekalb County. Go look elsewhere for a free ride and leave the higher income areas alone.
