That's Doug Kilmer on bass . He passed away a few years ago. I know he was in a line up of Blue Cheer & Commander Cody. I think he played bass on the Otis Rush

i love john so much ,i have only heard the stuff he did wit h quicksilver from 66 till 71,but im discovering so much more on you tube from late 70s till 89, he never sold out,he kept it true with the music and even in the 80s he never changed an got a mullet,i have always been a bit superfical bout this stuf but the dead,airplane,just went with the 80s, not john,itwas 66,67,68,69,he looked and sounded good in the awful 1980s,I MISS YOU JOHN!!!!

I have this whole gig on DVD & am 90% sure it's Speedway Meadows, Golden Gate Park. Will have to dig out DVD to see if I have the year.
