Someone on this show did some research about PTSD. This is a classic way that someone would react . . . escape. Also the way that Castle handled it was perfect. The last thing that you need to do when someone wants to escape is to hover. It makes them feel less safe. Kudos on a brillant scene

PSTD symptom is not like any other emotional probs. it's tricky. the more people ard her try to get in the more she'll react the opposite way. the best thing is to give her space & at the same time to use back the things that trigger her symptom as a tool for her to face the reality. what castle did is right. asking espo to help is the right thing to do. kate knew that espo too have had the same situation. ppl who had the same expi can build that trust in her.

Ok...this is how the scene should have gone, (IMHO) Kate's sits and begins crying. Castle rushes in and sees her. Kate: No Castle I've got this! I've got this just...just give me a minute...I swear I...I can do this...(reduces her voice to a faint whisper) I can't do this!"

Castle: (kneels down beside Kate and wraps his arms around her as she cries.) It's ok Kate. It's ok...

THEN it should have faded to black...But idk that's how I would have done it. ;)
