I've been trolling youtube forever to find some more future crew info, finally found this vid. Man these guys were beyond amazing!!! 2nd Reality really just blew me away, and being a computer science major at the time, I really had a full appreciation for the dark arts of demo programing these guys practiced. It really a privilage to see these guys and finally have some faces to pin to the nicknames. I really wished these guys would come together to do something creative again. Much Respect!

I kinda wanted to laugh when you said you got an idea how big this was at Las Vegas computer show. Even in areas you wouldn't expect your demos were playing. In Tennessee we were watching this stuff even played Panic at parties, your demos even started a rave scene. These were not just computer guys, these were all sorts of people, they came to my dorm room when I got the demo just to watch. Several changed their majors to computer science.

Second Reality is very much the soundtrack of my teens, and it was very exciting to finally see my idols in the flesh. Thanks for an amazing Demo Scene decade.

du Finnois :) ce n'est pas une langue latine, germanique ou slave. En fait, elle a son groupe linguistique a elle, avec juste l'Estonien et selon les sources, le Hongrois (qui n'a pas grand chose a voir avec en realite).

I remember seeing Second Reality on a BBS in Canada, probably about a week after Assembly. I'd always loved the C64 demos and crack screens and seeing that something like that was on a PC, I knew I just had to download it.

A lot of other people felt the same way for it to travel that far that quickly. We watched it over and over, and then grabbed Panic and a bunch of others. Ah, the good old days. ;) Great work, Future Crew!

Good stuff! Brings back a lot of good memories. And its completely true that a lot of those involved in Future Crew and the wider Demoscene have had profound impacts on the computer graphics industry (and video, music and multimedia too)

We know the subtitles dont quite work correctly, but we really wanted to get this out during Assembly 2010. We'll try to fix the subtitles to work better. (Riot)
