  • Chooooooooooooooooooooooooooon­! Feuilet is a legend even if he couldn't spell Jamaica! Paul Okenfield's mash up of Playford's Dancing Master 5th edition is a classic.

  • This is the extended ballet version by Raoul-Auger Feuillet, Recueil des Contradamses, Paris 1706. There is a much simpler countrydance original named "Jamaica" (or in original spelling Jameko") from Playford´s Dancing Master, 4th edition 1670. See for this dance also under "Set and turn 11", performed by a Berlin dance group.
